The President of Al-Hussein Bin Talal University, Professor Dr. Atef Al-Kharabsheh, conducted an inspection tour this morning that included the halls designated for the University Proficiency Exam in the computer laboratories of the Faculty of Information Technology at the university.
Professor Dr. Atef Al-Kharabsheh emphasized the importance of the proficiency exam, which measures students' academic achievement throughout their university journey, and stressed the need for students to take the exam seriously, as it reflects the knowledge and skills they have acquired during their years of study.
Dr. Al-Kharabsheh explained that the proficiency exam is a key tool for evaluating learning outcomes and improving the quality of academic programs. He also praised the students' commitment and seriousness, as well as the significant efforts made by the faculties and supervising committees to ensure the smooth and successful administration of the exam.
Dr. Fadi Hmeidat, Director of the Center for Academic Development and Quality Assurance at the university, stated that the exam was conducted in an organized and disciplined environment, and that the process proceeded smoothly and efficiently thanks to the dedicated efforts of the academic and administrative staff, along with the fruitful cooperation of the university students.
Dr. Hmeidat added that approximately 1,000 male and female students from various faculties and disciplines at Al-Hussein Bin Talal University sat for the University Proficiency Exam held today, as part of the requirements of the Higher Education Accreditation Commission and its quality assurance standards.
