The training programs are divided into three main areas:
1. Educational Area: This area includes courses on student learning assessment and test preparation, university classroom management, modern trends in education, and university work ethics, in addition to discussing student-related issues and appropriate educational and academic approaches for addressing them.
2. Technical Area: This area focuses on training faculty members in modern software applications and technological tools through courses in MATLAB (Basic MATLAB), LaTeX, and EndNote, enabling them to effectively utilize these tools in teaching and scientific research.
3. Research Area: This area emphasizes research outcomes, research project preparation, scientific journal classification, and creating researcher profiles on academic search platforms. It also includes training on databases and scientific research documentation according to international standards.
The implementation of these programs is part of the Center’s strategic plan, which aims to enhance faculty members’ capabilities and improve academic and research performance, thereby contributing to the advancement of the quality of education at the university
