The program is designed to provide professional knowledge in theory, practice, and research skills that the undergraduate courses/degrees cannot provide. Participants from different engineering disciplines will acquire proficiency in renewable energy-related technologies in terms of design, implementation, and operation.
The program has a duration of two years with four semesters of coursework and research project. Advanced courses in bio-energy, solar energy, wind energy, Hydropower, energy conversion, heat transfer, project planning and management, and other related topics will be delivered. An individual research project in the related area of interest will be carried out starting from the first semester of the second year. The one-year research project will be carried out on renewable energy-related topics. Successful completion of the program results in the award of the degree of Master in Renewable Energy.
