1. The Conference attendance without presenting a paper is allowed: Attendees for this purpose should follow the same normal registration requirements.
2. Participation with a paper (or more: see the guidelines above). Subject to certain procedures, the accepted papers will be published in the conference proceedings.
3. CDs of the conference proceedings will be prepared and distributed to all participants.
