Drug Discovery: Treating diseases affecting life quality

·         Docking-based drug design and evaluation for currently uncured diseases including autoimmunity and cancer.

Pathogenesis: Identifying new therapeutic strategies

·         Post-transcriptional regulation of mRNA stability by Arid5a in acute inflammation and chronic inflammation (Autoimmunity).

·         Post-transcriptional regulation of cell signaling and differentiation of pro-inflammatory cells by Arid5a.

·         Epigenetic regulation of pathogenesis of inflammatory and autoimmune diseases by Ahr/microRNAs axis.

·         The role of microRNAs in cell signaling and differentiation Pro- and anti-inflammatory T cells.

·         Transcriptional regulation of Ahr on microRNAs in innate and adaptive immune cells.

·         Epigenetic regulation of cancer progression and metastasis by Ahr/microRNA axis.
