Dr. Fadi Alhomaidat is an Assistant Professor at Al-Hussein Bin Talal University. Some of his research interests include motorized and non-motorized traffic safety analysis, GIS application in transportation engineering, and Driving simulation. He spent 7 months as a transportation modeler at South Michigan Counselor of Government (SEMCOG), and still working with them remotely to address issue with transportation planning. He has authored several publications in transportation engineering, including two with “best poster” award from Transportation Research Center for livable Communities Conference. In addition, He involved in several projects when he was working as researcher in Western Michigan include bicycle and pedestrian risk factors, bicycle comfort, and overtime enforcement effects on safety. He received his bachelor’s degree (2011) in Civil Engineering from Mutah University, Master Degree (2015) in Transportation Engineering from University of Texas at Arlington, and PH.D. (2019) in Transportation Engineering from Western Michigan University.
