Professional and Personal Bio Summary and Research Interests of Dr. Mohammad Ahmad Mustafa Al-Beirat Personal Information: Dr. Mohammad Ahmad Mustafa Al-Beirat, born on March 18, 1979, is a Jordanian national. He currently serves as an Associate Professor in the Department of Special Education at the College of Educational Sciences, Al-Hussein Bin Talal University, Jordan. Dr. Al-Beirat resides in Amman, Jordan. Research Interests and Specialization: Dr. Al-Beirat’s research interests are focused on the field of special education, encompassing the development of ethical standards for the special education profession and evaluating their application in Jordan. His work also addresses a variety of areas within special education, including developmental and intellectual disabilities, learning difficulties, and sensory impairments. Additionally, he has expertise in supervising programs tailored for individuals with special needs. His professional background includes training and preparing special education teachers to support students with various disabilities. Professional Experience: Dr. Al-Beirat has extensive experience in university-level teaching, practical training, and supervising field training programs. He has held various academic positions, including Associate Professor, Assistant Professor, and Lecturer at Al-Hussein Bin Talal University. Additionally, he has lectured at several other universities and colleges and supervised special education programs for students with disabilities in Jordan and Saudi Arabia. modification at centers, associations, and schools under the Ministry of Education in Ma'an Governorate (2008-present). • Participated in several community initiatives related to voluntary work and appointed by the Higher Council for the Affairs of People with Disabilities. • Delivered a course titled "Autism: Characteristics, Programs, and Diagnosis" at Al-Rabba Center, Karak, for social and health employees in the southern region, from 24-27/8/2014, over four days, as appointed by the Higher Council for the Affairs of People with Disabilities. • Held a course titled "Inclusion, Transition Services, and Self-Assessment" at the Comprehensive Aqaba Special Education Center, with 5 training hours on 28/8/2014, aimed at Ministry of Education teachers in the southern region. •
