Dr. Mousa Masadeh is an associate professor in the department of Archaeology and Tourism services at Al-Hussein Bin Talal University in Jordan.

Dr. Mousa Masadeh has 20 years of practical and teaching experience in the hotel industry across three continents. Working in England, France, Canada and Jordan, he has gained expertise in various key hotel areas and departments, learning from a wide range of positions—from front line service roles to general manager. Most recently, he provides consultancy services to The Best Western Manoir Adelaide in Canada. 

His research interests and expertise include: hotel management, human resource management in international hotel chains, tourism and hospitality education, leadership development, and gender in tourism, among others.

Dr. Masadeh has been teaching at undergraduate through graduate levels including the advising of M.A. and Ph.D. His students teaching assignments included courses such as Front Desk (theoretical and practical), Principles of Marketing, Tourism Marketing, Principles of Management, Hotel Management, Events Management, Resort & Club Management Introduction to Hospitality Industry, Introduction to Economics, Introduction to Tourism, Tour Operations, Fares and Ticketing, Communication Skills in Tourism, Crisis Management, English for Tourism and Hospitality, French for Tourism and Hospitality, Hotel Management and Operations, Human Resources Management, Marketing Research, Medical Tourism, Resort Management, and Tourism Economics

De. Masadeh is an ad-hoc reviewer for among others Journal of Mixed Method Research - Sage Publications, European Journal of Social Sciences and Global Journal for Management, Science & Engineering. He is serving as a member of the editorial team for the Research Journal of Multidisciplinary Social Sciences. He is also a reviewer to a number of peer review journals.
