1. The Petra College for Tourism and Archaeology received the Hassan Bin Talal Award for Scientific Excellence for its achievements in the field of cultural heritage, which included all the projects of the Nabatean Center for Archaeological Studies.
2. The start of the general scientific lectures season aimed at educating people and raising awareness of the importance of cultural heritage:
A- A first lecture delivered by Dr. Ziad Mahdi Al-Salamin entitled "Conflict of Identity in the Roman Arab State 106-324 CE".
B- The second lecture was given by Dr. Mohammed Barakat Al-Tarawana entitled "The results of surveys and excavations of the South-East Badia Project".
C_ The third lecture was given by Prof. Dr. Omar Al-Ghoul, Professor of Archeology at Yarmouk University entitled "Forging History and Antiquities".
