Overview

     Councils Secretariat Department (CSD) was established concurrently with the establishment of the university on April 28, 1999. At the beginning, CSD was conducting its assigned duties as a section within the President Management Office and was separated as an independent department on August 5, 2007. CSD comprises two sections, they are; Councils Section and the Filing & Follow-up Section. The assigned duties and responsibilities of the CSD are to follow-up AHU different councils (such as Board of Trustees, Deans Council, Assignment & Promotion Committee, and Student Final Appeal Committee) actions and meetings. CSD recorded the respective minutes and decisions issued by each council and follow-up the assignment of faculty members and pursue their promotion and assignment activities.
