U Jebreel Khoshman is professor of physics at Al-Hussein Bin Talal University, Jordan. Dr Khoshman received his master (2003) and Ph.D. (2005) degrees in physics - Condensed Matter & Surface Science from Ohio University, USA. Dr. Khoshman processional interests are in the area of wide band gap semiconductor thin films, mainly in optical spectroscopy Ellipsometry and characterizations of amorphous thin films
